SMA seem not to have complete agreement
Bryan obviously wants to make a point about Ann Gloag using Facebook's new Emojis
Seems the rest of the committee doesn't. Shame censorship rears its head and the post gets deleted.
Then we have the farce that is Kevan Konnor Collins, the name that must not be mentioned. Seems Beau has decided that nothing must come between SMA and a defunct airport even the truth. Collins being the leader of the only faction at TDC that has Manston as its only agenda item.
As soon as his farcical life was made a centrespread in The Sun out comes Beau with this proclamation
So remember SMA its not your belief in saving Manston that is important but it is the example you show to the world and if you don't care others will notice
Just like he and the transport minister backed Manston local MP Craig announced yesterday - "Some great local news today! I asked the Prime Minister, David Cameron to give his support to the Ramsgate Regeneration Alliance, the group I set up to restore our town centre and harbour front. Not only did he commit to visiting #Ramsgate but he agreed to ensure Coastal Communities officials meet with the Alliance to ensure progress in our town."
ReplyDeleteIs this a move to undermine the UKIP council and without loads of government cash what can it achieve?
More desperation by Craig a shells done nothing in a year. Cameron visiting in the future will be nice but so what...it won't improve a dysfunctional TDC. And Craig still thinks reopening Manston would be a good idea?
DeleteSacking more of the civil servants and would be better. Give them more money and they'd just waste it. Look at the failure of TC and RTC over the years and now silence from UKIP even on Manston.
What has Homer done for the last year on £110k
DeleteI Wonder?
Deletewhat has Homer done?Narda, except spend over a grand a week on wine and chocs.
DeleteWhat wine and chocs
DeleteCheap wine and walnut whips.
DeleteIt's disgusting that Beau continues to defend Konnor. It's six weeks since Konnor was effectively accused of lying and he's had ample time to respond to the accusations. If he were genuinely too ill to respond you would expect his partner pr his P.A. to respond on his behalf. But it's nonsense to suggest that he's too ill to make a statement. Since the alleged stay in hospital he's been spotted he's been photographed out side the polling booth in Northwood, spotted in Nottingham and been seen out pricing up a campervan. You can't do all of these things if you are too ill to speak. The fact that Beau continues to defend him tells you everything you need to know about SMA and the people running it. They are quite happy to sling mud, make false accusations and threaten and abuse the people they don't like. Meanwhile, they impose strict censorship to hide the failings of their leaders. This is the behaviour of fascists.
Deletecheap wine??? What are you talking about
DeleteHello Ms Homer so your reading this blog then!
DeletePerhaps while Mr Crick is investigating Gale and McKinlay election expenses somebody should get him to investigate the MP involvement in Manston and see what he can uncover. Would be interesting given some of the comments re Gale elsewhere on this blog.
ReplyDeleteEr,Gales got a lot to answer too especially on the Manston attempted take over/coo which leads nicely to hes parts in the other mysterious hidden activities around the water problems and cover Ups going back decades. For Roger me old mucker 'Its on Top'.
DeleteWhat is Beau talking about - Konnor's idiocy is relevant to SMA being idiots.
ReplyDeleteWhy hasn't Beau recommended Konnor resign? He can't continue as a TDC councilor nor simply refuse to attend meetings.
Konnors representation as to why Manston should be reopened/saved is basically another tricky con rubber stamped with another so called pillar of the community which like so many other players in this whole Manston curse will find themselves in,IE exposed for what thay are, deceiving parasites.HD.
DeleteKonnor and Beau are more pillocks of the community!!!
DeleteI can well understand why the people running a campaign would want to censor any discussion of lies told by one of their leading lights. SMA has been lying left right and centre but they want to hold themselves up as the bastions of truth and decency. The truth is that an organisation which has to exert such draconian censorship of its own membership is not long for this world.
DeleteAgain dug their own whole, what comes out next thay knew about over a year ago.
DeleteWhat have the other DIG councilors said? I they don't have any credible excuse they need to resign and have a new election. Neither Beau nor UKIP are likely to do well. Unfortunately Bob and Iris' teams are useless too
ReplyDeleteKonnor and Beau are made for each other...
ReplyDeleteWhy isn't beau supporting Wells and UKIp if Manston is viable?
ReplyDeleteBeau and Wells would be two incompetents clingingto each other for support. Wells and LaLatchford defections to ukip have blown up in their face and destroyed ukip too. Bayford must be delighted
ReplyDeleteGazette saying Wells 4 interested Manston buyers was porkies
ReplyDeleteI wonder why Beau is so so save the airport, what has he to gain from all this?Anybody have any clues.
ReplyDeleteFOI response shows that Public Health England (and their predecessor) were not consulted about Thanet water supply contamination and its probable health consequence. Not at the time of discovery. Not at the time the first Section 106 was created. Not at this time re environmental health impact assessment re Manston.
ReplyDeleteIt is looking pretty certain TDC concealed the water supply public health issue from their consultant re the original Section 106 agreement. And is attempting to continue concealing it from Planning Inspectorate.
Chris Wells has still not answered me. Roger Gale claimed he is under no duty to disclose this history to the Commons or to the Planning Inspectorate.
sir Roger Gale MP by his own deeds will be answerable at the end of the day.He sites no Duty which he picks and chooses like he rules the country,he doesn't.You'll never know who from Rogers past will tune in about hes dirty little/big secrets, what gos around.
DeleteThe Environment Agency is covering it up too with KCC assistance
Delete15.39 Do you mean tune in to a pirate radio station in which Roger was a partner with an associate of Jaconelli and Savile at Scarborough ?
DeleteWould that period of Roger's life somehow have propelled him into his BBC career ?
DeleteAmong other bits and pieces YES.sir Roger Gale is going to take the Gold medal on this one! Tony Blackburn remembers whots whot.HD.
DeleteRoger was welcomed with open arms into the BBC by a Mate now dead,no points for who!but some remember. he's frost/first wife ant to happy that's another story. One of the chaps he is.HD.
DeleteYes HD Private researchers re Savile and Jaconelli got in touch with me last year.
DeleteHi Richard then you probably know more than me about that part of Gales mates/life back then,Thax.HD.
DeleteKonnor in the Gazette again and Garbutt letter on Wells porkies over Manston and Information Commissioner ruling on FOI porkies by Wells and TC over Manston. Looks like the public are being led a dance...
ReplyDeleteAnon its a non story. Read the truth on SMA all that happened is McCulloch sent in an FOI in an effort to discover who the investors were. TDC "forgot" some emails that one of the parties sent requesting a meeting. So what!! even the ICO said that had TDC acknowledged the emails the name of the investor would have been redacted. So the £76 a time FOI wouldn't have disclosed their name. fuss about nothing
DeleteYea,it's called the Bop.
DeleteRubbish 15:26, the 4 mystery investors were - and still are - refused by TDC and Wells. Probably as they were just made up to pretend Wells and UKIP were doing something.
DeleteThe investor's name wouldn't be redacted either unless TDC chose to seek to do that
That's what I said the whole story is rubbish. a few headlines and its a conspiracy. Look the FOI was to try and discover the names of the investors and it didn't work. Move on and get a life McCulloch and Gifford
Delete16:48 you're confused again...the investors names weren't revealed by FOI ...because they don't exist Wells made them up and TDC are covering it up...
Delete#truthwillout
DeleteManston is looking a poisoned chalice for both UKIP and Tories now: inaction and lies. Wells should stand down.
ReplyDeleteYes anon13:29 everybody and I mean everybody will be getting the treatment on the Manston mystery including myself. All shall be uncovered in broad daylight for all to see.
DeleteAnon 15.50 when?
DeleteAs soon as I've delt with some corupt people in South America I'll be on Freudmann/Gale&co
DeleteI wonder if Riveroak were kept in the dark about the water supply history too ? And if, as I suspect, the original Section 106 agreement consultant was similarly misled, the twist in this tale could be Riveroak suing TDC and others involved in allegedly deceiving them.
ReplyDeleteHi Richard,Freudmann and his mates Joshi and Soardes under the form of closing down a company in the civil court tryed that one before by way of FALSE documents tryed to claim a finders fee from the owners of the Malaysian company who own the old Battersea power station. They failed, this whole manston deal when gos pear shape and a part 2 IE suing TDC and others.Problem is I know everythink they know and that includes sir Roger Gale,These people are on the ropes and legally under British Law I along with others will bring them to book.HD.
DeleteP.S The only deceiving going on is from Freudmann and the magic circle of his long term mate and the company spending a few quid RivernoOaktrees.HD.
DeleteI'm coming like the count of Monty Christo! Remember Meeee Roger.
DeleteInteresting Riveroak are tryign to wheeedle the DofT etc according to Michael's blog - do we need a petition to tell them to get stuffed or just burn a lot of cash?
ReplyDeleteKCC never told about contamination of Thanet water supply ?
ReplyDeleteCuriouser and curiouser. What does HD make of this ? Public Health England have no record and have not been consulted about Manston development plans. KCC have no record in spite of a public health duty. It is looking highly probable that the aviation environmental consultant for TDC original S106 agreement had the water contamination facts concealed from him too.
Strangely enough I came across these things you talk off and I have an idear just have to do some more checking,Mrs Gloag is very deep!.HD.
DeleteMrs Gloag does not have the problem of airborne particulates over the highest lung illness area in UK. And she does not have the problem that the aviation S 106 agreement was almost certainly obtained by deception.
DeleteRichard are these issues being raised seriously with the appropriate official, government, health authorities etc
DeleteShe did as owner of the airport 10:07 as did TDC and KCC....That they didn't do the proper monitoring is still a problem for them..
DeleteAnon 9 28 I did the FOIs in 2008 that revealed the truth about water supply contamination. Through QEQM hospital I contacted Health Protection Agency who agreed the need for epidemiology inquiry.
DeleteI contacted Health and Safety Executive re continuing direct abstraction licensed for K Laundry. But HSE said it was for environment agency etc.
I wrote to Planning Inspectorate in December 2015 and if Riveroak get that far I will make a submission re precautionary principle to the Planning Inspectorate.
Copies of the FOI response and its implications have been sent by me to National Crime Agency, Met and Kent Police, Kent Police and Crime Commissioner, Home Office and other authorities.
Cllr Iris Johnston and TDC have been well aware of the history for years.
Roger Gale has been aware of associated problems at least since 1987.
I notified the Iraq Inquiry of the Thanet history and the Dr David Kelly inquiry. Both accepted the reports as within their terms of reference. But then not a word.
I recorded facts in a Common Law Information of Treason laid to Kent Justices and used that document to oppose Kent Chief constable Mike Fuller being shortlisted for Met Commissioner job.
In 2009 I issued application for judicial review of Mike Fuller in a range of matters. The application was stolen by person unknown from the offices of Royal Courts of Justice. In 2014 I was corresponding with Theresa May about this history when hey presto the Royal Courts of Justice announced that the 2009 judicial review had re-appeared at the court (one copy missing)
How seriously would you want the issues raised ? I don't own the problem anyone can take up cudgels.
The Panorama BBC report last Monday on police corruption is interesting for files gong missing etc and refusing to investigate etc
DeleteLike when I walked into Margate police station in Early 2014 to report that ive been offered a bribe to walk away from a multimillon pound manston/airport/building deal with all sorts of paperwork which I gave to the coser. when i didnt walk away was giving the blackmail treatmeat along with a hint of death on the table.I said to the Detective that my options are, walk away, ask for help from the police or deal with my problem as I see FIT.As I was here in the police Station can you help me,I was told to go away WE cant do anything for You.So Ive has to sort it out myself, which ive done palying there rules.HD.
DeleteCorrect Richard,Gales clued up as are others at KCC.Lets not forget Freudmanns role when he was running the operation at the airport.Freudmann seriously looked into shooting the birds out the sky,I wonder whot he knows on the S 106 agreement, missing detecters.Oh and by the way Freudmann said to me he would keep all the staff at the airport working when we took over! That would make it even easier to go skint and shut up shop. And as the comedian you'd to say 'And there's more'.HD.
ReplyDeleteThe burden of proof in Precautionary Principle is with the applicant. The facts are clear water supply contamination and Thanet health stats. But the burden is on the applicant to show that Thanet does not have an increased vulnerability to airborne particulates. Given the highest rate of COPD in UK I think Freudmann and Co would have a problem meeting their burden of compressing medical scientific uncertainty.
DeleteIf some of the drivel on Thanet blogs represents SMA burden of proof I think they are on a hiding to nothing. Up to Planning Inspectorate to apply the law.
The Precautionary Principle is legal waffle you seem fixated on. How do you explain TDC and InFratil removing the required monitors and pretending they were still there?
DeleteThe precautionary principle says that it is for TDC Infratil and Riveroak to bear the burden of answering your question. Hope this answer is helpful
Delete13 43 have you factored Pfizer into your thinking by the way ?
DeleteThen the planning Inspectorate needs a kick up the ¥ from Theodore.
ReplyDeleteHi 13:43 That pretending is whot it is, Pretending!TDC/KCC and whomever under the correct set of condiciones will have to by the Law of the land explain.HD.
ReplyDeleteemail to Cllr Johnston and Wells
ReplyDeleteDear Cllrs
This is a long history in which TDC has concealed material facts in order to dodge precautionary principle (water supply contamination public health consequence unknown area of medical science that can only be informed to some extent by epidemiological inquiry) and dodged the burden of proof that would have properly fallen on to TDC.
This includes any Section 106 agreement entered into after the 1993 discovery of Sericol contamination of water supply. I doubt your aviation environmental impact consultant for the 106 was told the facts as he would have advised about precautionary principle in international and European law.
KCC and Public Health England have no record of being told about the Thanet water supply history.
I note that at around the time of the 106 that Fuji were buying Sericol.
I think now there is no question Thanet suffers health inequality. Continuing to avoid proper epidemiology, to allay or inform concerns about causal factors, would be to continue the deeply irresponsible if not criminal actions of TDC before.
I also remember the grant aiding of Cummins after former Petbow MD admitted to many years of loss of market share. At a time Kent Police Authority called for inquiry into sabotage and company fraud and the history of Thanet Police failing to record crime complaints. I am sure that history became reportable under Terrorism Act 2000 and that TDC is in breach.
I am pleased now that Cummins is withdrawing manufacture from Thanet.
I do not know the nature of Pfizer queries about water supply. But I infer that part of it was clinical testing in which Thanet volunteer subjects were found not to represent a physiological norm. When a retired director came to see me in 1998 he mainly wanted to tell me about drugs testing and employment blacklisting that their own personnel dept were kept in the dark about. As you know former Petbow welders working on Pfizer development site had confessed to a site weld inspector how they sabotaged production welds when they had worked for Petbow. It was Kent Police, in spite of the Police Authority call for inquiry, who refused to identify and interview those former Petbow welders. And as you know Cllr Pat Sebastian called in Met anti terrorist branch. I don't know how Kent Police fobbed off both the 1998 MOD Police and the 1998 Met AT Branch inquiries.
As you know I always doubted Pfizer would be long term given the dumbing down of contractual standards for pipe and vessel welds rather than properly reworking the site.
But I have always wondered how a local politician could divorce themselves from human reality. Such as the 1995 child death at Guys when the Petbow system cut mains and backup power from life support. Imagine the despair of the parents. What happened to the police authority call for inquiry into George Maison and his long term associate Petbow shop steward saboteur --------- ?
If the TDC goal was keep jobs in Thanet how has that worked out by the way ?
Kind regards Richard
What were you seeking to achieve with this email ? There seems to be no question being asked or action being demanded.
ReplyDeleteI have achieved putting it on the record. Wells has elected silence from the start of emails which is about statutory reporting duties of Terrorism Act 2000 Sections 38B 54 and 55. I asked him to take legal advice for TDC and then introduce a policy for compliance.
ReplyDeleteThen I want to resurrect standards complaint against TDC Planning and Cllr Hayton after Wells has put legal advice and the history of an earlier Standards process to full council. The earlier standards process was at a time the Terrorism Act 2000 was in force. Standards sat while in fact the evidence file re 6th Thanet Gun Range had been nicked at TDC and its existence concealed from Standards.
Full Council was then misled when endorsing Standards decision they had no jurisdiction. I have asked Wells to take legal advice and address full council in order to gain jurisdiction to hold a new and proper standards process.
Quite simple if Wells doesn't understand then get the legal officer to write to me ?
Thanet has not been best helped by its leading blogger. In fact his friend was a witness to paramilitary live fire training at the gun range. His friend got a threatening phone call from a tory Cllr in the late 90s successfully dissuading his evidence being provided to TDC or Kent Police. So all along the little bookshop owner has been concealing his knowledge from his readership. He is always very praising of the tory Cllr he knows full well threatened his mate.
This same blogger tells his readership there is no problem from aquifer and no problems from Thor. He leads his readership to look at airborne pollution and at the convalescence of the aquifer. Anything but look for causal factors for Thanet health inequality.
My position is where I think TDC has broken the law I point it out to the leader. I invite him to take legal advice and to instruct the legal officer to write to me.
Iris Johnston has been aware of the history since she was first elected 1995 and police investigated a hate mail campaign against her. In 1996 when ex tory Cllr Margaret Mortlock in her 70s was assaulted by a combat suited man on her doorstep the anti Iris hate campaign should have been cross referred by police into the Mortlock assault inquiry.
Police in fact told Mrs Mortlock they had a confession to the assault. But police did not use it and left the crime unsolved. It has also emerged that Thanet CID did not report the confession to Det Supt Biddiss who was running the murder inquiry into the 1996 torture and killing of 6th Thanet Gun Range stalwart Ken Speakman.
Be in no doubt Mrs Mortlock told police the assault was an attempt to dissuade her libel action against north thanet tory (Sericol site engineer) George Maison. This libel action went ahead and the hearing at High Court was 1998 finding Maison guilty of libel. By which time he was north thanet tory vice chair. This was in fact the second time he had been found a liar in a court of law. In view of the emerging facts an HM Coroner asked Thanet CID to re-examine a 1970s inquest. But the Thanet CID officer who refused was one and the same as case officer for the assault on Mrs Mortlock. He also failed to report the HM Coroner request to Det Supt Biddiss who was running the Ken Speakman murder inquiry.
There is no simple way to write the history for one line wisdom blog consumption. To report to Lord Carlile re Terrorism Law aspects took an indexed report of some 200 to 300 pages.
To report to Parole Board in Ken Speakman murder case took about 30 pages.
The Thanet Gun Range and IRA generators stuff is tedious unproven rubbish Richard - publish your own blog on it, but you know no-one will read it
Delete300 pages plus 30 pages? Of what? Doodles? Put them on your blog and a link here...
DeleteOut of intrest anon16:16 how did you come to tedious unproven rubbish,This 'stuff' as you put it is the link to finding out the Truths.A Little faith gos along way old chap!
DeleteObviously you read it anon 16 16 ! If I wanted to share my parole submission or report to House of Lords I would publish. Similarly the reports I made by invitation to Scottish Energy Minister and the UK post Japanese tsunami review of UK civil nuclear security and resilience. In 1995 Tony Blair ordered my reports copied to Northern Ireland Office and after two years further correspondence new security of electrical supply guidelines were brought in for NHS hospitals. Have you achieved anything lately anon ?
DeleteBut there again I didn't get my engineering qualifications off Cyril's printing press.
Re information to consultant for 106 agreement FOI predating email to Wells above
ReplyDeleteTo me Richard card has achieved the comunicaciĆ³n of some facts to Johnston and Wells just incase these people were not priv? Wells and others now can act on this info if its new to them,if it isnt then they must be bent! Simplemente!.Humpty Dumpty.
ReplyDeleteA useful letter Richard although your hobbyhorse of back up generators and IRA etc is getting in the way of TDC and Infratil removing the monitors.
ReplyDeleteThere is no explanation for that except as a crime with TDC endangering the public by minimizing the airport pollution/cancer reports to allow for airport expansion.
Who at TDC was responsible for that?
Hobbyhorse, nutter, troublemaker, getting in the way, is how you see someone looking for Truth is it 16:52. Lets just forget about all the crooked MPs,goverment officals ect etc, and ask a queston on another mystory,Sling you're hook anon 16:52.HD.
DeleteBackground reading re Thor Margate
ReplyDelete(1) Ian Driver's blog reports that Labour Group TDC has changed position away from supporting an airport development.
ReplyDelete(2) For the anon who fixates on removal of monitors. With four possible contributors to environmental pollution in Thanet one has a track record. Of benefitting from the prior removal of monitors when under environmental pollution and toxic waste dumping inquiry.
(3) The Fuji (Sericol) personnel director sits on TDC environmental protection body.
Well well well,(Sericol)director sits on TDC environmental protection body. This director has a problem coming there way! Thax Manston for after all these years your giving up all sorts of secrects about all sorts of once untouchable people.
ReplyDeleteYes this has been an interesting thread. During its run the Labour group changed position. I have seen no argument that TDC can actually stand up the 106 agreement upon which RO rely in their application to Planning Inspectorate. We have learned that the govt body, with duty to address health inequality, was never told about Thanet drinking water contamination. We have learned that KCC also was not told.
DeleteWe have read a bit of background on Thor Chemicals.
And one contributor claimed precautionary principle is irrelevant. That will be up to the Planning Inspectorate.
The Konnor Collins independent group has had a member jump ship back to UKIP. And Chris Wells continues to refuse to answer about the circumstances in which the original 106 was issued.
Konnor Collins has now admitted that he lied, not only about the medals he has been wearing, but also about his service in the parachute regiment. Despite lying to the public he has not resigned as a councillor, even though he hasn't attended a meeting since last November. It isn't over yet. If he wasn't in the parachute regiment for 19 years as he claimed, where was he and what was he doing? I think the people he is supposed to be representing are entitled to know this.
ReplyDeleteMaybe a prison sentence, would be as easy to check as being a war Hero.
DeleteFrom Gazette
ReplyDeleteThanet district has the highest proportion of disability benefit claimants in the county with 11.2% of the resident population claiming disability benefit - Disability Living Allowance (DLA), Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Attendance Allowance (AA). From February 2015 that number of claimants is 15,448 people.
According to the most recent data held by Kent County Council 31,348 Thanet people have a disability or long term illness.
That is over one fifth of the Thanet population long term disabled.
When an NHS outreach ran lung function tests at Westwood X they referred one in 7 tested to their GPs for further exploration for COPD.
Still no answers from Roger Gale, Chris Wells or Iris Johnston re the question of Thanet public health, water supply contamination and whether the original 2001 Section 106 agreement was created by deception.
ReplyDeleteAccording to Michael's blog Iris Johnston has stood aside as Labour Group leader.
Sinking ship comes to mind! And remember Ian Driver who supported the Airport then changed to the SHP plan,After he was given documents and info on Gale/Freudmann and co.Funny how Mr Driver likes to out whom ever he can with as Many documents as poss but keeps very very quite on info on the Manston players and what the've been upto.
DeleteBeen told she has taken time out to have a knee operation
ReplyDeleteSo a knee jerk reaction to the Manston/SHP problems then or more like she and others have herd on the grapevine that there may be trouble ahead, watch out Gale/Freudmann&Co it's around the corner now,and youse are in check!.HD.
